This listing is for one wheel-thrown handmade lantern with a blue-green glaze on a white porcelain clay. This lantern is a nice dragonfly carving that puts off a nice pattern of light through the holes when lit at night.

The lantern is hand thrown on a potters wheel, then it is hand carved, and put through a bisque firing. I then hand paint and finally finish with a cone 6 firing. These pieces are amazing on the deck, outdoor patio or indoors as well. This piece is nice as a cylinder for holding combs, paintbrushes, anything you might desire, or it is beautiful as a candle holder. A small votive candle can be burned directly in the lantern (not included). This lantern put off a neat pattern around it as a reflection of the dragonfly and dots are mirrored on the walls or tables around it.
